Example Definitions of "Conversion Shares"
Conversion Shares. Shares of the Equity Securities issued in the Next Equity Financing
Conversion Shares. Means shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of Preferred Shares or Preferred Warrant Shares, in accordance with the terms set forth in the Certificate of Designations.
Conversion Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of this Note or as payment of interest, all in accordance with the terms hereof.
