Customer

Customer. Means a subscriber or subscribers of AT&T services.

Customer. Means customers, clients, licensors, licensees, agents, consultants, suppliers and contractors of the Company.

Customer. Means a third party who is contract directly or indirectly with Sourcefire to purchase the Products.

Customer. Means an end user of a Product on whose behalf Licensee has paid applicable license fees and who has affirmatively accepted a EULA (including electronically, such as via a "click-wrap" license).

Customer. Shall mean any person or entity with which CGX and/or its Affiliates has a contract (oral or written) or to which the CGX and/or its Affiliates has provided goods or services during the term of Executive's employment with CGX (irrespective of whether it occurred prior to or after the Effective Date), or to which CGX and/or an Affiliate has made a bid or proposal to provide goods or services.

Customer. Shall mean any Third Party for whom Althea provides contract manufacturing services.

Customer. An organization, institution, or individual that contracts with Vocus for access to Licensed Content via the Services.

Customer. Shall mean any person with whom the Sellers have entered into a Deferred Presentment Agreement.

Customer. Any Person who: (i) has received a proposal from the Company or who has been a customer or client of the Company at any time during the three year period prior to the date of this Agreement other than Forest Producers Association of Canada, or (ii) is a customer or client of the Company who purchases products or services from the Company any time prior to the Date of Termination.

Customer. Means the lessee identified on the Signature Page.
