Customer

Customer. An End-User or Authorized Party to whom Company is permitted to deliver Inventory or disburses rebates or refunds, or from whom Company is permitted to receive Inventory returns, orders for Inventory, requests for Inventory returns or funds, as specified in this Agreement.

Customer. Ambient Corporation (the "Customer"), a Delaware corporation with an office at 79 Chapel Street, Newton, MA 02458.

Customer. Shall mean an end user customer that purchases the Product from Reseller or an Authorized Reseller in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for its own internal use only and not for distribution. Reseller and an Authorized Reseller also shall be treated as a Customer for purposes of this Agreement to the extent the Product is purchased by Reseller or the Authorized Reseller for its internal use.

Customer. An end user customer that purchases the Localized Product from NetSuite KK or an Authorized Reseller in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for its own internal use only and not for distribution.

Customer. An end user customer that purchases the Product from Transcosmos or an Authorized Reseller in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for its own internal use only and not for distribution.

Customer. The legal entity set forth in the heading of this Agreement, including its employees, third party consultants, contractors, designees and Affiliates.
