Customers

Customers. Will mean Intermediaries and End Users.

Customers. Will mean Catcher Distributor Partners and End Users.

Customers. Shall mean those entities from whose premises the Company offers any goods and services to retail customers and which are, as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Walmart, Walmart (Mexico), Fred Meyer and the U.S. Government through its military exchanges located in the U.S.

Customers. Shall mean those persons and entities who license one or more Products from SunnComm or MM.

Customers. Shall have the meaning given such term in Recital B above.

Customers. Shall mean third parties to whom Machines shall be Sold for use by such Customers in their own businesses and not for further distribution, but shall not include the Excluded Customers.

Customers. Means all commercial and residential users of any products or services provided by Customer.

Customers. Means any firm, partnership, corporation and/or any other entity and/or Person that purchased or purchases from the Company any of the sleep products described in the definition for the "Business of the Company."

Customers. Means customers or suppliers of Parent or any of its Affiliates (a) that Employee contacted indirectly or directly on behalf of Parent or any of its Affiliates during the 2-year period preceding the Termination Date; or (b) about whom Employee possessed Confidential Information during the 2-year period preceding the Termination Date.

Customers. Shall mean any entity or government located in the Territory which the Parties identify as a potential user of the Products and Services.
