Customers

Customers. Imperva's end user customers as designated in a Purchase Order

Customers. Means end-users and packaging companies who purchase the Products for surface mount or LED package.

Customers. All customers of Aaron's in the Territory (i) with whom Employee has had contact on behalf of Aaron's, (ii) whose dealings with Aaron's were coordinated or supervised by Employee, or (iii) about whom Employee obtained Confidential Information (as defined below), in each case during the two (2) years immediately prior to termination of Employee's Services in the Territory.

Customers. Means those customers or distributees of Manufacturer to whom Products are distributed by DLSS.

Customers. Shall mean Patients and other purchasers of the Product, including, without limitation, hospitals, physicians, pharmacies, and clinics

Customers. All Persons (i) provided products or services by the Company with whom Executive had material contact during the last two (2) years of Executive's employment, or (ii) whose dealings with the Company were coordinated or supervised, in whole or in part, by Executive.

Customers. All of the customers of Company during each of Company's 2012, 2013, and 2014 fiscal years and during the period ended as of September 30, 2015

Customers. Those individuals, companies, or other entities for whom the Company or its predecessor has provided or does provide products or services in connection with the Business in the one (1) year period preceding an executive's Termination
