Dividend Equivalent

Dividend Equivalent. A right, granted to a Participant under Section 6(g) hereof, to receive cash, Stock, other Awards or other property equal in value to dividends paid with respect to a specified number of shares of Stock, or other periodic payments

Dividend Equivalent. In respect of a Common Stock Equivalent or a Restricted Stock Unit and with respect to each dividend payment date for the Common Stock, an amount equal to the cash dividend on one share of Common Stock payable on such dividend payment date

Dividend Equivalent. With respect to Phantom Stock Units credited to a particular Participant, a dollar amount equal to the cash dividend that the Participant would have been entitled to receive if the Participant had been the owner, on the record date for a dividend paid on the Common Stock, of a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Phantom Stock Units then properly credited to the Phantom Stock Unit Account of the Participant

Dividend Equivalent. A right, granted under Section 5(g), to receive cash, Shares, or other property equal in value to dividends paid with respect to a specified number of Shares. Dividend Equivalents may be awarded on a free-standing basis or in connection with another Award, and may be paid currently or on a deferred basis.

Dividend Equivalent. Shall mean a right to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Common Stock) of dividends paid on Common Stock, awarded under Section 10(b).

Dividend Equivalent. Means a right, granted under this Plan, to receive cash, Stock, other Awards or other property equal in value to all or a specified portion of the dividends paid with respect to a specified number of shares of Stock

Dividend Equivalent. A credit, made at the discretion of the Administrator, to the account of a Participant in an amount equal to the cash dividends paid on one Share for each Share represented by an Award held by such Participant

Dividend Equivalent. With respect to Restricted Share Units, the right to receive an amount equal to cash dividends declared on an equal number of outstanding Shares.

Dividend Equivalent. For a given dividend or distribution means a number of shares (or fractions of a share) of Common Stock having a Value, as of the date such Dividend Equivalent is credited to a Stock Unit Account, equal to the amount of cash, plus the fair market value on the date of distribution of any property, that is distributed with respect to one share of Common Stock pursuant to such dividend or distribution; such fair market value to be determined by the Committee in good faith

Dividend Equivalent. A right awarded under Section 11 to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Common Stock) of ordinary dividends that would otherwise be paid on the Common Stock subject to an Award that is a full-value award but that have not been issued or delivered.
