Example Definitions of "Dividend Equivalent"
Dividend Equivalent. Means a right to receive cash, Shares, other Awards or other property equal in value to dividends paid with respect to a specified number of shares of Stock.
Dividend Equivalent. A right to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Shares) of dividends that would otherwise be paid on the Shares subject to an Award but that have not been issued or delivered, awarded under Section 10.
Dividend Equivalent. A right, granted to a Participant under Section 6(e), to receive cash, Shares, other Awards or other property equal in value to dividends paid with respect to a Restricted Stock Unit Award
Dividend Equivalent. Dividend Equivalent. A credit, made at the sole discretion of the Administrator, to the account of a Participant in an amount equal to the value of dividends paid on one Share for each Share represented by an Award held by such Participant. Under no circumstances shall the payment of a Dividend Equivalent be made contingent on the exercise of an Option or Stock Appreciation Right.
Dividend Equivalent.
