Dividend Equivalent

Dividend Equivalent. With respect to Shares subject to an Award, a right to be paid an amount equal to the Dividends declared and paid on an equal number of outstanding Shares

Dividend Equivalent. The expression on the Company's books of a dividend with respect to a Stock Unit, each Dividend Equivalent being equal to the cash dividends paid from time to time on one Share

Dividend Equivalent. A right, granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(g), to receive cash, Stock, other Awards or other property equal in value to dividends paid with respect to a specified number of shares of Stock, or to periodic payments on other specified equity securities of the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate; provided, however, that in no event shall a payment of cash or shares of Stock to the holder of a Restricted Stock Unit pursuant to Section 6(e)(ii) be considered a Dividend Equivalent.

Dividend Equivalent. An additional number of Common Stock Equivalents the Company shall credit to each Account as of each dividend payment date declared with respect to the Company's Common Stock.

Dividend Equivalent. A right granted to an Eligible Person as a Share-Based Award or in connection with a Share-Denominated Award (other than an Option or a Share Appreciation Right) to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Shares) of dividends paid on Common Stock

Dividend Equivalent. A right to receive a payment equal to the amount of cash dividends and value of other distributions that would have been payable on Covered Shares during a period of time had such Covered Shares been issued to the Grantee during such period of time

Dividend Equivalent. An amount equal to any dividends paid by the Company with respect to a share of Common Stock during the Award Period or Interim Period in the case of Performance Shares or during the Restricted Period in the case of Restricted Stock and Restricted Units

Dividend Equivalent. An amount of cash equal to all dividends and other distributions (or the economic equivalent thereof) that are payable by the Company on one share of Common Stock to stockholders of record.

Dividend Equivalent. Means a credit, payable in cash or Shares, made at the discretion of the Administrator, to the account of a Participant in an amount equal to the cash dividends paid on one Share for each Share represented by an Award held by such Participant.
