Documentation

Documentation. Shall mean the written documentation attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Documentation. All documentation, manuals and specifications with respect to the Software that are generally made available to customers of the Software.

Documentation. Means written materials (and machine-readable text subject to display and printout) which relates to and/or describes a Program.

Documentation. Means End-User manuals, product descriptions, product specification sheets ***, and other written materials that relate to one or more of the Products. Documentation shall include these written materials with respect to Maintenance Modifications, upgrades, updates, and Enhancements if, when, and to the extent delivered to Siemens by IMPAC under, or in connection with, this Agreement.

Documentation. Means all operator and user manuals, training materials, guides, specifications and other materials created or owned by or on behalf of PVI or its Affiliates, from time to time, and associated with the use and operation of the iPoint(TM) Technology.

Documentation. Means the documentation associated with the Product as listed on Schedule A and any other documentation delivered by RIM as part of the BlackBerry Product offering to the BSP for distribution to End-Users.
