Documentation

Documentation. Means the documentation, instructions and user's guides, including updates thereto, relating to the Software, whether in printed or electronic format, provided by Verity to Licensee for the purposes of this Agreement.

Documentation. Blue Martini's published user manuals relating to the Software as of the Effective Date or as it relates to any Modification or Major Release as of the date of delivery of each Modification or Major Release, as applicable.

Documentation. Means EVEMeta's end user documentation relating to the Compression Services available at the EVEMeta URL.

Documentation. Means any technical specification documentation generally made available by Seven with respect to the Software as described in Exhibit A.

Documentation. Shall mean the end-user manuals relating to the Software and services and related materials provided by Supplier to Distributor hereunder.

Documentation. Means the user guides, operating manuals, technical literature and other documentation for installation and use of the Enterprise Platform furnished to IVB by GMI, whether in written or electronic form, and whether in the form originally supplied by GMI to IVB, or as modified by IVB pursuant to Section 2.2 (Documentation).

Documentation. Shall mean the user manuals and other documentation with respect to the Equipment and Software that are provided to BioNumerik during the term of this Agreement.

Documentation. Means the documentation as provided to KK by AJI under this Agreement.

Documentation. Shall mean any user manuals and troubleshooting guides or other printed instructions in the possession of or produced by BGI pertaining to the Gaming Devices to be furnished to Purchaser in connection therewith, as amended from time to time.

Documentation. The manuals and other documentation that Licensor ordinarily makes available with a Program and any other documentation and information regarding the Program which HP reasonably requests for evaluation and use of the Program as contemplated herein, including those items listed and described in Exhibit A hereto.
