Example Definitions of "Employee"
Employee. Any person employed by the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company
Employee. Shall mean an individual who is employed (within the meaning of Section 3401 of the Code and the regulations thereunder) by the Corporation.
Employee. Means any person employed by the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company. The term "Employee" shall not include officers of the Company unless an award granted under the Plan is an essential inducement to such person's first entering into an employment relationship with the Company. The payment of a director's fee by the Company shall not be sufficient to constitute "employment" by the Company.
