Example Definitions of "Employee"
Employee. Means any person employed by the Company or an affiliate of a majority owned subsidiary of the Company or of the Company's parent. Mere service as a Manager or payment of a manager's fee by the Company shall not be sufficient to constitute "employment" by the Company.
