Employee

Employee. Each person who, at the relevant time, is on the active payroll of, or on Layoff or a Leave of Absence from, an Employer at one of the Designated Locations.

Employee. Shall mean any person who has been employed with the Company, with any Subsidiary of the Company that is a disregarded entity for US federal tax purposes, or with one of its Designated Subsidiaries, for at least six months as of the Offering Date of a given Offering Period, and whose customary employment is more than 20 hours per week and more than five months per calendar year

Employee. Any officer or other key management employee of the Company (including subsidiaries) who is in the employ of the Company.

Employee. Only an individual directly employed by the Company Group on a regular, full-time basis, and who is either a Senior Vice President, a Regional President, an Executive Vice President or the President of Covanta or Covanta Holding .
