Example Definitions of "Employee"
Employee. Each person who, at the relevant time, is on the active payroll of, or on Layoff or a Leave of Absence from, an Employer at one of the Designated Locations.

Shall mean any person who has been employed with the Company, with any Subsidiary of the Company that is a disregarded entity for US federal tax purposes, or with one of its Designated Subsidiaries, for at least six months as of the Offering Date of a given Offering Period, and whose customary employment is more than 20 hours per week and more than five months per calendar year
