Employee

Employee. An individual whom the Bank or a Participating Employer treats as an employee (as opposed to an independent contractor) for payroll tax purposes

Employee. Employee includes both Employee and anyone who has or obtains any legal rights or claims through Employee, including any and all heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
