Enterprise

Enterprise. Tyco International plc and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Tyco Management as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors' committee member, employee or agent.

Enterprise. The Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, partner, managing member, employee, agent or fiduciary, including (without limitation) the subsidiaries of the Company.

Enterprise. Any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company, including the Company, as a director, officer, employee or agent, where such Enterprise shall include any service as a director, officer, employee or agent of the Company which imposes duties on, or involves services by, such director, officer, employee or agent with respect to an employee benefit plan, its participants or... beneficiaries; and a person who acts in good faith and in a manner he or she reasonably believed to be in the interest of the participants and beneficiaries of an employee benefit plan shall be deemed to have acted in a manner not opposed to the best interests of the Company". Enterprise. Shall mean the Company and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, association, organization, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.

Enterprise. (i) the Company, and (ii) any other foreign or domestic corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise.

Enterprise. Shall mean any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, administrator, partner, member, fiduciary, employee or agent.

Enterprise. Johnson Controls and any other corporation, body corporate, company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Johnson Controls or an Affiliate of Johnson Controls as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors' committee member, employee or agent.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Willis US and/or the Company as a director, secretary, officer, executive, employee, agent or fiduciary while a director, secretary, officer or executive of Willis US and/or the Company.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express request of the Company as a management board member, board member, director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company, any Subsidiary of the Company and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, administrator, general partner, manager, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors' committee member, employee, agent or fiduciary. For purposes hereof, if Indemnitee is serving or has served as a... director, officer, trustee, administrator, general partner, manager, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors' committee member, employee, agent or fiduciary of a Subsidiary, Indemnitee shall be deemed to be serving, or to have been serving, in such capacity at the express written request of the Company.
