Enterprise

Enterprise. Means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan, or other enterprise Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, general partner, managing member, employee, agent, or in any other capacity.

Enterprise. Shall mean Actelis and any other limited liability company, corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of Actelis as a manager, director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.

Enterprise. Means, any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust or other entity.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company, any subsidiary of the Company, and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, foundation, employee benefit plan, association or other legal entity.

For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Enterprise" means any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity for which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, or Agent.

Enterprise. The Corporation and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, limited liability company, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving, or has agreed to serve, at the request of the Corporation as a director, officer, fiduciary, partner, trustee, member or employee, or in any similar capacity.
