Enterprise

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, direct or indirect subsidiary, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, partner, managing member, employee, agent or fiduciary. Enterprise. The Company and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity that Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of, for the convenience of, or to represent the interests of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent, fiduciary or other official.

Enterprise. The Company or any subsidiary of the Company or any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, employee benefit plan, trust or other entity or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company in a Corporate Status.

Enterprise. Shall mean an Indemnitor and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of such Indemnitor as a representative, director, manager, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Companies, a direct or indirect subsidiary of the Companies, and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of a Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.

The Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan, foundation, association, organization or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, manager, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary

Enterprise. Shall mean, as the context requires, the General Partner, the Partnership or the Covered Entities.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of the Company as a director or executive officer; provided, however, that the term Enterprise shall not mean or include Vidara Therapeutics Holdings LLC.

Enterprise. Shall mean any of the Company's subsidiaries or affiliates and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other organization.

Enterprise. The Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, partner, managing member, employee, agent or fiduciary, including (without limitation) the subsidiaries of the Company.
