Enterprise

Enterprise. The Company and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity that Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of, for the convenience of, or to represent the interests of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent, fiduciary or other official.

Enterprise. The Company or any subsidiary of the Company or any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, employee benefit plan, trust or other entity or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company in a Corporate Status.

Enterprise. Shall mean an Indemnitor and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of such Indemnitor as a representative, director, manager, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.

Enterprise. Shall mean any of the Company's subsidiaries or affiliates and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other organization.

Enterprise. Tyco International plc and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Tyco Management as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors' committee member, employee or agent.
