Enterprise

Enterprise. The Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Covered Person is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors' committee member, employee or agent.

Enterprise. Is any legal entity (such as a corporation) and the subsidiaries it owns by more than 50 percent.

Enterprise. Shall mean the Company or AGTI and any other corporation, constituent corporation (including any constituent of a constituent) absorbed in a consolidation or merger to which the Company or AGTI (or any of their wholly owned subsidiaries) is a party.

Enterprise. Shall mean Tamboran and any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of Tamboran as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary.
