Equipment

Equipment. Shall mean "equipment", as defined in the UCC, and shall also mean all furniture, store fixtures, motor vehicles, rolling stock, machinery, office equipment, plant equipment, tools, dies, molds, and other goods, property, and assets which are used and/or were purchased for use in the operation or furtherance of the Company's business, and any and all Accessions or additions thereto, and substitutions therefor.

Equipment. The equipment and other property placed by or on behalf of Customer in the Space (including, without limitation, racks, servers, cabling and wiring), specifically excluding any items licensed from Licensors or owned, leased or licensed by Licensors. Unless otherwise designated a Licensor (in its sole and absolute discretion), any equipment or other property of any of the Customer Parties shall, at Licensor's option, be deemed part of the Equipment (without limiting the terms of Section 7 above).

Equipment. Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Collateral.

Equipment. Any and all of each Debtor's equipment, wherever located, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, including, without limitation, any and all manufacturing, distribution, selling, data processing and office equipment, and all machinery, forklifts, furniture, furnishings, appliances, and trade fixtures

Equipment. The computer hardware located at the Facilities and, to the extent used in connection with the Services, the computer hardware located at any Affiliate or Contract Entity

Equipment. Equipment used to operate the Concept at a Location, including projectors, cameras, computers, screens, simulated weapons, and other equipment offered for sale by VirTra or by VirTra's vendors from time to time as described in Section 4.5

Equipment. Means all machinery, equipment, motor vehicles, furniture and fixtures owned by Company and, to the extent legally assignable, all leases and agreements for use of machinery, equipment and fixtures leased by Company, and all modifications, alterations, repairs, substitutions and replacements thereof or thereto.

Equipment. The equipment, instruments, piping, valves, fittings and materials to be supplied to Linn by BCCK pursuant to this Agreement as more particularly described on Schedule 'A' attached hereto
