Equipment

Equipment. The Equipment as defined in Paragraph 1 (which excludes all Trade Fixtures).

Equipment. Shall mean all machinery, equipment, motor vehicles, furniture, furnishings and Manufacturing Fixtures, including all accessions, accessories and attachments thereto, and any guaranties, warranties, indemnities and other agreements of manufacturers, vendors and others with respect to such Equipment.
