Equipment. Means Equipment as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Ohio as in effect from time to time, now or hereafter owned or leased by Grantor and, in any event, shall include, but shall not be limited to, all machinery, tools, equipment, office equipment, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, trade fixtures, goods which are to become fixtures, vehicles, motor vehicles, and any materials, instructions, blueprints, computer software and similar items which relate to the... above, and any and all additions, substitutions and replacements of any of the foregoing, wherever located, together with all improvements thereon and all attachments, components, parts, equipment and accessories installed thereon or affixed thereto (all of the foregoing in this section collectively, the "Equipment"). Equipment. Each item of property designated from time to time by Borrower and financed by KEF which is described on a Collateral Schedule, together with all replacement parts, accessions, additions and accessories incorporated therein or affixed thereto including, without limitation, any software that is a component or integral part of, or is included or used in connection with, any item of Equipment, but with respect to such software, only to the extent of Borrower's interest therein, if any.

Equipment.
