Exercise Date

Exercise Date. (i) for an exercise of this Warrant pursuant to Section 3(a), the Business Day on which the conditions to such exercise as set forth in Section 3(a) shall have been satisfied, (ii) for an exercise of this Warrant pursuant to Section 3(b), the Expiration Date, and (iii) for an exercise of this Warrant pursuant to Section 3(d)(iii), the Exercise Commencement Date.

Exercise Date. Means the last day of each Purchase Period (as defined below).

Exercise Date. Date on which the executed Purchase Agreement for one or more Option Shares is delivered to the Company in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement

Exercise Date. 5 days following the public announcement of positive clinical data results for LO2A or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next day that is not a Holiday. In the case of a dispute as to the determination of the Exercise Date, the Company's determination shall be binding upon all parties absent demonstrable error

Exercise Date. The earlier of the date of (i) termination of the services of QED Investors, LLC (the "Termination of Services") as an advisor to the Company pursuant to the Advisory Services Agreement between the Company and QED Fund II, LP of even date herewith (the "Advisory Services Agreement"), (ii) the date immediately prior to date of closing of the initial public offering of securities of the Company registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, (the "IPO") or (iii) the date immediately... prior to the date of closing of a Liquidation Event (as defined in the Company's Certificate of Incorporation, as the same may be amended from time to time). Exercise Date. The earlier of (1) a date selected by the Participant, or (2) the Participant's Termination Date, except as provided herein, or (3) the fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the Effective Date of Grant, or such earlier date as is designated by the Committee.

Exercise Date. Means, for any given exercise of this Warrant, the date on which the Warrant is exercised in accordance with Section 3.

Exercise Date. The last Business Day of each Offering Period (or, if determined by the Committee, the Purchase Period if different from the Offering Period)
