Exercise Period

Exercise Period. The period commencing July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015

Exercise Period. The time period commencing with the date hereof and ending ten (10) years later or such earlier time as this Warrant is terminated in accordance with the terms herein.

Exercise Period. The period commencing with the conversion of the Notes into shares of the Company's Preferred Stock and ending on the void date set forth above, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

The period commencing on the date of the closing of a firmly underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, covering the offer and sale of the Company's Common Stock for the account of the Company (the "IPO") and ending two (2) years thereafter, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. The period or periods during which a Stock Appreciation Right is exercisable as described in Section 11.

Exercise Period. The period commencing on or after the earliest of (i) the conversion or repayment of the Holder's Note(s) as provided for in Section 3 or Section 5 of the Note(s), (ii) the Third Closing Date or (iii) March 15, 2010, and ending on the ten-year anniversary of the date hereof; provided, however, that in the event the Company shall conduct the Second Closing or the Third Closing and the Holder of this Warrant shall be a Non-Participating Second Closing Purchaser or a Non-Participating Third... Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing on the closing date of the Qualified Equity Financing (as defined below) and ending on the expiration of this Warrant pursuant to Section 13 hereof.

Exercise Period. Shall mean a period commencing on an Offering Date or on the day after an Exercise Date and terminating one day prior to the date six (6) months later
