Example Definitions of "Exercise Period"
Exercise Period. The period commencing July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015
Exercise Period. The time period commencing with the date hereof and ending ten (10) years later or such earlier time as this Warrant is terminated in accordance with the terms herein.

Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing on the closing date of the Qualified Equity Financing (as defined below) and ending on the expiration of this Warrant pursuant to Section 13 hereof.
