Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the first anniversary of the date hereof and ending on the seventh anniversary of the date hereof.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on June 24, 2008, and ending on June 24, 2010.

Exercise Period. Means the period beginning on December 30, 2004 and terminating on the Series F Automatic Redemption Date (as defined in the Series F Certificate of Determination).

If, prior to the termination of the Exercise Period, there is a closing of the Initial Public Offering, then this Warrant shall expire and be of no further force and effect and the Exercise Period shall be immediately prior to the closing of the Initial Public Offering.

Exercise Period. The period commencing September 18, 2000 and ending May 10, 2005, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
