Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the date that is one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date hereof and ending five (5) years from the date hereof, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. The term "Exercise Period" means the period commencing on the first to occur of (i) September 14, 2005 or (ii) the first date that any notice is required to be delivered pursuant to the provisions of Section 14(b) hereof and ending on the expiration of this Warrant pursuant to Section 14 hereof.

Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing on the closing date of the Next Equity Financing and ending on the earlier of (i) ___, 200_ or (ii) the closing of a Change of Control (as defined below) transaction.
