Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing six (6) months after the date hereof and ending 5:00 P.M. New York City time on December 14, 2010, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. The period commencing on the Original Issue Date and ending on May 12, 2012.

Exercise Period. The period commencing with the date hereof and ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on February 14, 2009, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time on the Expiration Date, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. The period commencing on the Initial Exercise Date and ending on the Termination Date, unless sooner terminated as provided herein.

Exercise Period. The date commencing on April 10, 2008 and ending on April 9, 2013

Exercise Period. The date commencing on the date hereof and ending on the fifth anniversary of such date.

Exercise Period. The period commencing on the earlier of (1) fifteen (15) Business Days after the receipt of Stockholder Approval with respect to the shares of Company Common Stock underlying this Warrant and (2) the six (6) month anniversary of the date hereof, provided that at such six (6) month anniversary the exercise of this Warrant would be permitted under the NASDAQ Rules and ending on the tenth anniversary of the date of issuance, except as otherwise provided below.

Exercise Period. The time period commencing with the date of this Warrant and ending on the earlier of (i) the date that is seven (7) years from date of this Warrant, or (ii) the commencement of any liquidation, bankruptcy, insolvency, dissolution or winding-up (or the occurrence of any analogous proceeding) of the Corporation.

Exercise Period. The time period commencing with the date of this Warrant and ending five (5) years from date of this Warrant, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
