Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Period commencing six months after the date of issuance and ending three years after the date of issuance on June 28, 2021, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the earliest of: (i) the date of conversion of the Note pursuant to Section 3 of such Note, (ii) the Maturity Date (as defined in the Note), or (iii) the date of repayment in full of the Note, and in each case ending five (5) years thereafter, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing six months from the date hereof and ending at 5:00 p.m. New York time on September 23, 2023 subject to the restrictions in Section 17 hereof.

Exercise Period. The period commencing on the date first set forth above and ending on March 2, 2028, in accordance with the vesting and exercise schedule attached hereto as Appendix A, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the earlier of (x) the date the Supplemental Notes convert into Equity Securities, and (y) the date the Supplemental Notes are actually fully repaid, and ending seven (7) years later.
