Exercise Period

Example Definitions of "Exercise Period"
Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the Warrant Issue Date and ending five (5) years after the Warrant Issue Date, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
Exercise Period. Twenty years from the date of this Warrant
