Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Shall mean the time period commencing with the date hereof and ending at 5:00 p.m. New York time on the tenth anniversary of the date hereof.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the Option Grant Closing Date and continuing until 5:00 p.m. (New York time) on September 30, 2013 or such later date as contemplated by Section 9.3.

Exercise Period. Means commencing on the Original Issue Date and ending on the Expiration Date.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the date of issuance and ending January 11, 2029, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
