Example Definitions of "Exercise Period"
Exercise Period. The period commencing with the date hereof and ending seven (7) years from the date of this Warrant.
Exercise Period. The period commencing on the date of the closing of a firmly underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, covering the offer and sale of the Company's Common Stock for the account of the Company (the "IPO") and ending two (2) years thereafter, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
