Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing on the closing date of a Qualified Equity Financing (as defined below) or for fifteen (15) days prior to a Change of Control and ending on the expiration of this Warrant pursuant to Section 14 hereof.
