Exercise Period

Exercise Period. The period commencing with the date hereof and ending on December 31, 2015, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. Means the period beginning on February 6, 2015 through and including 5:00 p.m., Los Angeles time, on the fifth anniversary of Original Issue Date or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the first Business Day following such anniversary.

Exercise Period. The period commencing with the date of this warrant and ending on the Expiration Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof.

Exercise Period. The period commencing upon the date hereof and the date ending seven (7) years from the date hereof, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, until the earliest to occur of (i) the seven (7)-year anniversary of the date hereof; or (ii) the issuance and sale of shares of the Company's common stock in the Company's first underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof and, unless sooner terminated as provided below, ending on the first to occur of (i) the five (5)-year anniversary of the Company's initial public offering of its Common Stock, and (ii) February 29, 2018.

Exercise Period. Means the period commencing on the date that is six (6) months after the closing of an initial public offering of the securities of the Company registered under the Securities Act ("IPO") and ending at 11:59 p.m. on February ___, 2025.
