Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. The price at which an Option shall be exercised.
Exercise Price. $0.01 per Share for each Warrant Share that a Holder is entitled to purchase from the Company pursuant to a Warrant
Exercise Price. Means the exercise price of the Warrants as the same may from time to time be adjusted.
Exercise Price. Shall mean the exercise price of a Warrant, which shall be one cent ($0.01) per Warrant; provided, however, that the Exercise Price is subject to adjustment pursuant to the provisions of Section 10(a) hereof.
Exercise Price. As applicable and as adjusted from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Warrant, a price per share equal to $1.52, which is 103% of the closing price of the Common Stock on the day immediately prior to the Closing Date
Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.04 per share of Common Stock, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6 below.
