Exercise Price

Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Shall mean the aggregate Purchase Price divided by the aggregate number of Warrant Shares issuable under this Warrant at such time.
Exercise Price. Means the sum of One Hundredth of a Dollar ($0.01) in Canadian funds, subject to adjustment as provided herein;
Exercise Price. Shall mean US$2.25 per Exercise Share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 hereof. 1 2
Exercise Price. Means with respect to any Option the price per share which must be paid upon exercise of the Option.
Exercise Price. Means the price paid for Shares issued upon exercise of an Option or Right.
Exercise Price. Shall mean, as to any Warrant, the price at which a Warrant may be exercised for the purchase of Warrant Shares, which shall be $0.21.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.01 per share of Common Stock, subject to adjustment as provided in this Warrant.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $3.67, subject to adjustment as provided in Article 3.
Exercise Price. Shall mean with respect to an Offering Period, an amount equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in paragraph 7(b)) of a share of Common Stock on the average of the closing prices on the last five (5) days prior to the Offering Date multiplied by an 85% Discount Factor.
Exercise Price. Shall mean the price that the Participant must pay under the Option for each share of Common Stock as determined by the Committee for each grant and specified in the Stock Option Agreement.
