Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. $5.00 per share, applicable after the 4 to 1 reverse stock split to be authorized upon filing of the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation approved by the board of directors and shareholders of Parent on or about August 27, 2021 and August 31, 2021, respectively, (the "Reverse Stock Split"), subject to adjustment from time to time pursuant to Section 4.
Exercise Price. $7.31 per share of Common Stock
