Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. $0.20 per share, subject to adjustment as provided herein.
Exercise Price. (i) In the case of an Option, the price per Share at which the Shares subject to such Option may be purchased upon exercise of such Option and (ii) in the case of an SAR, the price per Share which upon grant, the Committee determines shall be used in calculating the aggregate value which a Participant shall be entitled to receive upon exercise of such SAR.

Exercise Price. Means $0.01 per share paid by a Grantee of the Option Shares;
