Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Means $0.01 per share, divided by the Exchange Ratio (the exercise price per share, as so determined, being rounded to the nearest full cent).
Exercise Price. Means $13.49.
Exercise Price. Shall have the meaning set forth in the second WHEREAS clause.
Exercise Price. Means at any time, an amount equal to (a) the number of Warrant Shares to be purchased by the Holder as indicated in the Exercise Form multiplied by (b) the Strike Price (or the US dollar equivalent of the Strike Price determined using the Canadian dollar / US dollar exchange rate published by the Bank of Canada in effect as of the last Business Day prior to the Exercise Date).
Exercise Price. Thirty-five cents ($0. 35 USD) per share.
