Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.01 per Exercise Share, subject to adjustment provided herein.
Exercise Price. The exercise price to be paid by a Transferee to the Transferor in respect of the Option Shares issued to such Transferee as set forth opposite his/her name in Schedule A;
Exercise Price. The price per share shall be $7.00
Exercise Price. Has the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble of this Warrant
Exercise Price. The price per share paid by the Exercising Holder in the Exercise Event giving rise to the Company's obligation to purchase Commitment Shares hereunder

The initial exercise price is the greater of (i) $1.00 and (ii) the volume weighted average trading price for 30 days prior to the 3rd Business Day before the issuance of the Warrants, and is subject to adjustment as provided in this Agreement.
Exercise Price. The purchase price per Warrant Share payable upon exercise of a warrant. The initial exercise price is equal to the volume weighted average trading price of the Common Stock for the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the 3rd trading day before the issuance of the Warrants, as reported by Bloomberg, and is subject to adjustment as provided in this Agreement.
Exercise Price. Means the price set out in line 5 of Exhibit A of this Agreement Syntroleum — Management Stock Option Agreement CONFIDENTIAL
Exercise Price. Means the purchase price per Ordinary Share to be paid upon the exercise of each Additional Purchase Obligation in accordance with the terms hereof, which price shall initially be $30 per share, as each may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 4 hereof.
Exercise Price. $2.14 per share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6 below, which may take the form of a "cashless exercise" if so indicated in the Notice of Exercise and if a "cashless exercise" is permitted at such time pursuant to Section 10
