Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Means $5.00 per share, subject to adjustment as provided herein.
Exercise Price. Shall mean the Initial Price, as adjusted from time to time as provided herein.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $25.51, the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased pursuant to this Warrant Agreement.
Exercise Price. Means the price to be paid for Shares upon exercise of a Share Appreciation Right.
Exercise Price. Means the price per share at which a holder of an Award may subscribe for the Shares issuable upon exercise of the Award.

Exercise Price. Shall mean (i) $0.53 per share until such time as the Holder has exercised this Warrant with respect to at least 50% of the Warrant Shares represented by this Warrant and (ii) thereafter, $0.815 per share, in all cases subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 9.
Exercise Price. Means the exercise price for the Warrants being purchased pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, which shall be $.05 per Common Share and which Warrants contain a "Cashless" Exercise provision.
Exercise Price. Means US$0.30 per share (or its Canadian dollar equivalent on the date of exercise as reported by the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank at https://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/h10/hist/dat00_ca.htm), as the same may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Warrant.
Exercise Price. Shall mean (i) if the Exercise Shares to be issued are in connection with the consummation of a Qualified Financing, a price equal to the per share price paid by investors purchasing Equity Securities in such Qualified Financing, or (ii) if the Exercise Shares to be issued are Series B Preferred Stock, a price equal to the Series B Price, as either may be subject to adjustment provided herein.
