Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Shall mean the Option price for each share of Common Stock subject to an Option.
Exercise Price. The lower of (i) $0.10, (ii) the per share price paid for the Company's securities in the Offering, or (iii) the exercise price of any warrant for Common Stock issued in the Offering
Exercise Price. Shall mean the exercise price of the Options granted under the Stock Option Plans as set forth in the stock option agreements relating to such Options.
Exercise Price. One Hundred and NO/100 Dollars ($100.00).
Exercise Price. $1,344.26 (which represents $4.10 multiplied by the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of each share of Series B Preferred Stock), subject to adjustment as set forth herein
