First Commercial Sale

First Commercial Sale. Means, with respect to the Product, the first arm's length sale to a Third Party in the Territory.

First Commercial Sale. The first sale of a Product by Ranbaxy, its Affiliates or its Sublicensees for use or consumption of such Product in the Territory following the receipt of Regulatory Approval. First Commercial Sale. Shall mean the date on which PMI or its designated agent, in a commercial transaction, first sells the Product to a Third Party following Regulatory Approval, including but limited to FDA approval.
