First Commercial Sale

First Commercial Sale. Means the earlier to occur of the earliest date on which a Sale of a Licensed Product is consummated pursuant to this Agreement.

For a country means the first commercial sale of a Licensed Product to a Third Party by Tarsus or any of its Affiliates or sublicensees of such Licensed Product after final approval by the applicable government authority to market such product for human use in such country (e.g. NDA approval). First Commercial Sale. The first sale for end use of any product within such Product Line after all required approvals with respect to such product have been granted by the applicable regulatory authority.

First Commercial Sale. The first sale or other transfer for consideration for use or consumption by the customer of a Licensee Product in the Territory after marketing approval by a Regulatory Authority has been obtained

First Commercial Sale. Means, with respect to any Product, the first sale of such Product by Harrow, its Licensees, or its or their respective Affiliates after all applicable Regulatory Approvals (if any) have been granted by the applicable Regulatory Authority.
