Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Shall mean any foreign, federal, state, local or other governmental, administrative or regulatory authority, body, agency, court, tribunal or similar entity including any arbitrator or arbitration panel, including, without limitation, the Bankruptcy Court.

Governmental Authority. Shall mean the United States government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, any agency, court or body of the United States government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, or any quasi-governmental agency or authority exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions.
