Governmental Authority. Any board, bureau, commission, department or body of any municipal, county, state or federal governmental or quasi-governmental unit, or any subdivision thereof, having or acquiring jurisdiction over the Project Development or any portion thereof or the management, operation, use or improvement thereof.
Governmental Authority. Means any U.S. or non-U.S., including federal, state, and local, government, department, commission, board, bureau, agency, official, or other regulatory, administrative, or governmental authority.
