Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Any international, supranational, national, provincial, regional, federal, state, municipal or local government, any instrumentality, subdivision, court, administrative or regulatory agency, department, board or commission or other authority thereof; any quasi-governmental or private body exercising any regulatory, taxing, importing or other governmental or quasi-governmental authority; or any arbitrator

Governmental Authority. Means the Federative Republic of Brazil and any other country, and the respective States and Cities, or any other political subdivision thereof, whether at federal, state or municipal level, or any governmental agency, department or instrumentality of such government or political subdivision.

Governmental Authority. Means the country, state, county, city and political subdivisions in which any Person or such Person's Property is located or which exercise valid jurisdiction over any such Person or such Person's Property, and any court, agency, department, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality of any of them which exercise valid jurisdiction over any such Person or such Person's Property. Governmental Authority. The United States or any agency thereof and any state, county, city or other political subdivision, agency, court or instrumentality.

Governmental Authority. Means any court, tribunal, arbitrator, agency, legislative body, commission, official or other instrumentality of (a) any government of any country, (b) a federal, state, province, county, city or other political subdivision thereof, or (c) any supranational body (e.g. the EMEA).
