Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Means any national government and/or state or other government of any political subdivision, and departments, courts, commissions, boards, bureaus, ministries, agencies or other instrumentalities of any of them.

Governmental Authority. Means any court, tribunal, arbitrator, agency, legislative body, commission, official or other instrumentality of (i) any government of any country, (ii) a federal, state, provincial, county, city or other political subdivision thereof, or (iii) any supranational body, including but not limited to, the United States Food and Drug Administration and the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products.

Governmental Authority. Means the government of the United States or any foreign country or any state or political subdivision thereof and any entity, body or authority exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, including, without limitation, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and other quasi-governmental entities established to perform such functions. 3

Governmental Authority. Means any domestic (federal or state), foreign or supranational court, commission, governmental department, bureau, agency or any regulatory or administrative agency, authority or tribunal.
