Example Definitions of "Governmental Authority"
Governmental Authority. Means any domestic or foreign federal, state, local, or other governmental or administrative body, instrumentality, board, department, or agency or any court, tribunal, administrative hearing body, arbitration panel, commission, or other similar dispute-resolving panel or body.
Governmental Authority. Means any governmental administrative authority, agency, board or commission or any court, tribunal, or judicial or arbitral body.
Governmental Authority. Shall mean any governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or other instrumentality of the United States or any other country, including but not limited to federal, state, district, territory, possession or commonwealth thereof, as well as any entity with the authority to grant or issue licenses or permits necessary to competently perform the Services.
