Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Means any domestic or foreign federal, state, local, or other governmental or administrative body, instrumentality, board, department, or agency or any court, tribunal, administrative hearing body, arbitration panel, commission, or other similar dispute-resolving panel or body.

Governmental Authority. Means any governmental administrative authority, agency, board or commission or any court, tribunal, or judicial or arbitral body.

Governmental Authority. Shall mean any governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or other instrumentality of the United States or any other country, including but not limited to federal, state, district, territory, possession or commonwealth thereof, as well as any entity with the authority to grant or issue licenses or permits necessary to competently perform the Services.

Governmental Authority. Shall mean any federal, state, local or foreign government, political subdivision, agency, board, court, regulatory body or commission, any arbitrator with authority to bind a party at law, or any Person acting lawfully on behalf of any of the foregoing.

Governmental Authority. Has the meaning specified therefor in the Indenture.

Governmental Authority. Means any (i) nation, state, county, city, town, village, district or other jurisdiction of any nature; (ii) federal, state, local, municipal, or other government; (iii) governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature; or (iv) body exercising, or entitled to exercise, any administrative, 2 executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory or taxing power or authority of any nature.

Governmental Authority. Means any de facto or de jure domestic or foreign government, court, tribunal, agency, or other purported authority;

Governmental Authority. Means any government or political subdivision thereof, whether on a federal, central, state, provincial, municipal or local level and whether executive, legislative or judicial in nature, including any agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, court, department or other instrumentality thereof.

Governmental Authority. Means any federal, state, county, municipal, parish, provincial or other government, or any department, commission, board, court, agency, committee, whether of the United States of America or any other country, or any instrumentality of any of them, or any other political subdivision thereof.

Governmental Authority. Any domestic or foreign federal, state, provincial, local or municipal court, legislature, executive or regulatory authority, agency or commission, or other governmental entity, authority or instrumentality.
