Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Any governmental, regulatory or administrative authority, instrumentality, board, agency, body or commission, self-regulatory organization or any court, tribunal, or judicial or arbitral body of the United States, Singapore, or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Governmental Authority.
