Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Means any government, court, regulatory or administrative agency, commission, arbitrator (public or private) or authority or other legislative, executive or judicial governmental entity (in each case including any self-regulatory organization), whether federal, state or local, domestic, foreign or multinational.

Governmental Authority. Means any court, tribunal, arbitrator, agency, legislative body, commission, official or other instrumentality of: (a) any government of any country; or (b) a federal, state, province, county, city or other political subdivision thereof.

Governmental Authority. Means any government, parliament, legislature, regulatory authority, agency, tribunal, department, commission, board, instrumentality, court, arbitration board or arbitrator or other law, regulation or rule making entity (including any central bank, Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions or other comparable authority or agency) having or purporting to have jurisdiction in the circumstances;

Governmental Authority. Means any federal, state, provincial, municipal, local or foreign government, governmental authority, regulatory or administrative agency (which for the purposes of this Agreement shall include FINRA and the Commission), governmental commission, department, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, court or tribunal.

Governmental Authority. Means any court, tribunal, arbitrator, authority, agency, commission, regulatory body, official instrumentality of the United States or any other nation, or any tribal, state, county, city, local or other political subdivision or similar governing entity

Governmental Authority. Means any supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, local or other government, department, authority, court, tribunal, commission, regulatory body or self-regulatory body (including any securities exchange), or any political or other subdivision, department, agency or branch of any of the foregoing.

Governmental Authority. Any supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, local or foreign Entity of any nature exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, including any governmental authority, agency, department, board, commission, court, tribunal, judicial body or instrumentality of any union of nations, federation, nation, state, municipality, county, locality or other political subdivision thereof

Governmental Authority. The government of the United States and any agency thereof, any state, province or political subdivision thereof, and includes any international, foreign, federal or state regulator or agency having jurisdiction over Lender or Borrowers

Governmental Authority. As defined in the form of Standard Lease attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Governmental Authority. Any and all courts, boards, agencies, commissions, offices, or authorities of any nature whatsoever for any governmental unit (federal, state, county, district, municipal, city, or otherwise) whether now or later in existence.
