Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Shall mean any federal, state, local, foreign or other governmental or administrative (including self-regulatory) body, instrumentality, department or agency or any court, tribunal, administrative hearing body, arbitration panel, commission, or other similar dispute resolving panel or body and shall include any "governmental unit" as such term is defined in Section 9-102 of the UCC.

Governmental Authority. The United States of America, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any political subdivision thereof in which Borrowers principal place of business is located, including without limitation, County of Delaware, the Township of Chadds Ford, and any agency, department, court, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality of any of them which exercises jurisdiction over the Borrower.

Governmental Authority. Any United States (federal, state or local) or foreign government, or governmental, regulatory, judicial or administrative authority, agency, commission or court (including the Federal Communications Commission and applicable stock exchange(s))

Governmental Authority. The United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the City of New Bedford, Massachusetts, and any political subdivision thereof and any agency, department, commission, court, board, bureau or instrumentality of any of them.

Governmental Authority. Means any federal, state, local or foreign government or political subdivision thereof, or any agency or instrumentality of such government or political subdivision, or any self-regulated organization or other non-governmental regulatory authority or quasi-governmental authority, or any arbitrator, court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction. For purposes of adding additional clarity only, the parties agree that the NYSE shall, wherever applicable, constitute a Governmental Authority.

Governmental Authority. Any board, bureau, commission, department or body of any municipal, county, state or federal governmental or quasi-governmental unit, or any subdivision thereof, having or acquiring jurisdiction over the Project Development or any portion thereof or the management, operation, use or improvement thereof.

Governmental Authority. Any government, any state or any political subdivision thereof, and any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of, or pertaining to, government, whether federal, state or local, including without limitation, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of the Comptroller of Currency, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Office of Thrift Supervision

Governmental Authority.
