Governmental Entity

Governmental Entity. Any foreign, federal, state, municipal, or other governmental department, court, commission, board, bureau, agency, or instrumentality.

Governmental Entity. Any government or any state, department or other political subdivision thereof, or any governmental body, agency, authority (including, but not limited to, any central bank or taxing authority) or instrumentality (including, but not limited to, any court, tribunal or grand jury) exercising executive, prosecutorial, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government

Governmental Entity. Any (i) federal, state, local, foreign or international government; (ii) court, arbitral or other tribunal or governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental agency, political subdivision, instrumentality, branch, department, official or entity); or (iii) body exercising, or entitled to exercise, any administrative, executive, judicial or legislative, police, regulatory, or taxing authority or power of any nature pertaining to government

Governmental Entity. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

Governmental Entity. Means federal, state, local or foreign court, legislative, executive or regulatory authority or agency, including any exchange or market upon which the Shares of the Company are listed or traded.
