Governmental Entity

Governmental Entity. Means any federal, state, local or foreign court, administrative or regulatory agency or commission or other governmental authority or instrumentality, or any arbitral tribunal.

Governmental Entity. Shall mean any court, arbitrator, federal, state, local or foreign government agency, regulatory body or other governmental authority. -1-

Governmental Entity. Shall mean any (i) multinational, federal, provincial, state, municipal, local or other governmental or public department, central bank, court, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, (ii) any subdivision or authority of any of the foregoing, or (iii) any quasi-governmental or private body exercising any regulatory, expropriation or taxing authority under or for the account of any of the above. 6

Governmental Entity. Means any court, or any federal, state, municipal or other governmental authority, department, commission, board, agency or other instrumentality, including, without limitation, any tribunal or tax authority of the United States of America, any foreign country, or any state, county, municipality or other political subdivision thereof.

Governmental Entity. Shall mean any supra-national, national, federal, state, municipal or local government (including any subdivision, court, other judicial body, legislature, administrative agency or commission or other authority thereof) or any quasi-governmental or private body exercising any regulatory, merger control, taxing, importing or other governmental or quasi-governmental authority.

Governmental Entity. Shall mean any United States or non-United States federal, national, supranational, state, provincial, municipal, local or other government, or any governmental, regulatory, self-regulatory or administrative authority, branch, agency, board, bureau, instrumentality, organization, department or commission, or any court, tribunal, or arbitral or judicial body (including any grand jury), including, without limitation the FDA in the U.S.

Governmental Entity. Means any U.S. federal, state, local or foreign government, any transnational governmental organization or any court of competent jurisdiction, arbitrator or arbitral body (public or private), regulatory, administrative agency, commission or body or other governmental authority or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, or any national securities exchange or national quotation system or any self-regulatory organization.

Governmental Entity. Has the meaning ascribed to it in the Transaction Agreement.

Governmental Entity. Means any international, national, foreign, provincial, federal, state or local judicial, legislative, executive, administrative or regulatory body or authority.
