Governmental Entity

Governmental Entity. Any legislature, agency, bureau, branch, department, division, commission, court, tribunal, magistrate, justice, multi-national organization, quasi-governmental body, regulatory or administrative authority, or other similarly recognized organization or body of any federal, state, county, municipal, local, or foreign government or other similar recognized organization or body exercising similar powers or authority, including any stock exchange authority

Governmental Entity. Means any federal, state, political subdivision or other governmental agency, court or instrumentality, foreign or domestic.
