Governmental Entity

Governmental Entity. Has the meaning set forth in the Merger Agreement.

Governmental Entity. Means any nation or government, any state, municipality or other political subdivision thereof and any entity, body, agency, commission, department, board, bureau or court, whether domestic, foreign or multinational, exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government and any executive official thereof.

Governmental Entity. Means any arbitrator, court, governmental body, regulatory body, administrative agency or other authority, body or agency having jurisdiction over the Company or any of its subsidiaries or any of their respective properties, assets or operations.

Governmental Entity. The United States of America or any other nation, any state or other political subdivision thereof, or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of government, including any court, in each case, having jurisdiction over the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of the property or other assets of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries

Governmental Entity. Any court or tribunal in any jurisdiction or any federal, state, municipal, domestic, foreign or other administrative agency, department, commission, board, bureau or other governmental authority or instrumentality

Governmental Entity. Any federal, state, local or foreign government or political subdivision thereof, or any agency or instrumentality of such government or political subdivision, or any self-regulated organization or other non-governmental regulatory authority or quasi-governmental authority (to the extent that the rules, regulations or orders of such organization or authority have the force of Law), or any arbitrator, court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction

Governmental Entity. Means any supranational, international, national, federal, state, provincial, local or foreign court of competent jurisdiction, governmental agency, authority, instrumentality or regulatory body;

Governmental Entity. Means any governmental or regulatory agency, authority, body, entity or court, domestic or foreign, having jurisdiction over the Company or any of its assets or businesses.

Governmental Entity. Shall mean any court, arbitrational tribunal, administrative agency or commission or other governmental, quasi-governmental or regulatory authority, agency or instrumentality, including without limitation, foreign regulatory authorities.

Governmental Entity. Means any federal, national, state, foreign, provincial, territorial, local or other government or any governmental, regulatory, administrative or self-regulatory authority, agency, bureau, board, commission, court, judicial or arbitral body, department, political subdivision, tribunal or other instrumentality thereof, in each case, that is not formed by and Controlled by The Villages or its Affiliates.
